Not that bad man! Take more pictures and try to move the joints more (arms legs ect..)
Also try to make the reation longer.

i'll be honest, i liked it but it was slightly unrealisitic. I mean, every tiem orton does this move, the oponent never goes that high, he hits his head and rolls over...but it wasnt bad, not so keen on the sound fx but the animation had potential....just do what jesse said and you'll do great
