Nice stuff spritjd, you're improving. I liked it overall. The flow was okay and I noticed that your string work has improved a lot! The ani looked kinda smooth and I liked the way Sheamus delivered the B2B. Maybe, you could've worked on stiffness, on taking more pics (in impact mostly) & on speeding up the ani cause these points kinda ruined your work with making it looking a bit choppy. I noticed that the sounds weren't coordinated with the move and that the effects weren't well used/chosen. So try working on these next time. But I mean OVERALL, you became really amazing.

The set up into the belly to belly was good. The belly to belly itself was was rather smooth but looked a little
stiff in mid air. The impact was nice but perhaps using more speed would make the animation flow a lot better.
